The Men's Breakfast will be held on Saturday,
October 4 at the church at 8:30 AM. All men of the church
are invited for breakfast devotions, fellowship and planning
for mission projects. |

New Member orientation session is being planned for this
Fall for those who are interested in uniting with Linden
Presbyterian Church. contact Rev. Smith or the church

 Our
special "Two Coins a Meal" offering for the
helpful children's feeding program in Costa Rica will
be received on Communion Sunday, first Sunday of every
month, in both Services. All loose change is dedicated
to the offering which will be received by our children.
Please take part in our "noisy" offering!

Automatic Debit Withdrawal is being made available for
people in Linden Presbyterian Church to have your regular
offering deducted from your bank account (savings or
checking) once monthly, and directly deposited in the
church bank account.
You may sign up for this service on the "YES"

Food Stores are offering Turkey Bucks again this year
with the purchase of advertised items. Please collect
them and donate extras to the church. They can be placed
in the container on the YES table. The deacons will
be using these Bucks to purchase turkeys for the Thanksgiving
Baskets prepared for those in need.

Extraordinary
Women Conference
|
|
The
Extraordinary Women Conference will be in Sterling
Heights November 14th and 15th. Praise and Worship
is being led by Charles Billingsley and scheduled
speakers include Chonda Pierce, Angela Thomas, Thelma
Wells, Carol Kent and Karen Kingsbury. There will
be concerts by Avalon and Denver and the Mile High
Orchestra. If we get a group of 10 or more, ticket
prices will be $39.00 per person. Box lunch for Saturday
is offered for $10.00.

Sunday School Class will be meeting Sundays at 9:00
am in the Family Room across from the kitchen. We will
meet for Bible Study, fellowship and prayer each week.
The class, let by Melissa Dugan, will be focusing on
"Life Principles from the New Testament - Men of
Faith".
All adults are invited and welcome.

Prayer Team meets every Tuesday in the Family Room.
