Annual Get Connected Breakfast!
On
Saturday March 3rd we will be gathering with women from three
otherchurches in the area for breakfast and a truly amazing
program.
Speaker Rosemary Lutz will be bringing her collection of her
own hand made quilts.Each quilt has its own biblical story.
Rosem ary
will be describing and speaking about her design called "Isaiah's
Dream; a new heaven and a new earth".
We hope you will join us for this event and bring your friends.
Breakfast will begin at 8:30 am and program will follow.
Tickets will be on sale beginning February 1, 2012.
Pre-purchased tickets: $4.00 each
Tickets at the door: $5.00 each
Limited seating - please purchase in advance.
You can purchase your ticket by calling Pat Drumm (810-338-1334)
or during coffee hour after church on February 5, 12 and 19.
Deadline for pre-purchased tickets is February 25, 2012.
Ladies, please join us on the first Saturday of each month for
Presbyterian Women. We will be meeting in the Fireside Room
at 8:30 a.m., beginning with coffee, tea and a light breakfast.
PW
provides opportunities for all LPC women to join together
in; fellowship, nurturing our faith, supporting those in need
through ourmission work, building an inclusive, caring community
of women that strengthens LPC and offers a sanctuary from
a hectic life.
Women
of all ages are welcome, and encouraged, to join the PW community!

Marion will be speaking of her experiences
as a physician's assistant
and christian.
December 3:
We will be having a toy wrapping party during
our meeting
for children in the area.
January 7: to be announced.
February 4:
During our meeting we will be making Comfort
Blankets for
children at Genesys Children's Center.
March 3: Our annual Get Connected Breakfast.
We will invite our members and women from other
churches in the area to join us for breakfast and fellowship.
This year's topic will be "Scriptures on Quilts: Isaiah's
Dream; A New Heaven and a New Earth". Presented by Rosemary
Lutz. Rosemary will bring her collection of quilts to share.
Each has it's own story. Join us please.
